Yuri Poluneev served as a Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Bank of Ukraine, Member of the Ukrainian Parliament, and author of 13 books and over 100 professional articles on economics and finance.
