Sir Stewart Eldon KCMG OBE is an adviser and commentator on international defence and security issues. He served as UK Permanent Representative to NATO; Ambassador to Ireland; and Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN in New York. He works with private and public sector clients in Africa and has led executive workshops in negotiation and diplomatic skills.
Dr Peter Gooderham CMG served during his diplomatic career in Brussels for NATO and Ambassador to the EU’s Political and Security Committee (PSC). He also served in Saudi Arabia during the Gulf War, and twice for the UN as a member of the UK Mission in New York and as UK Ambassador to the UN in Geneva (2008-12). Following diplomatic service, he was a member of the Senior Directing Staff at the Royal College of Defence Studies and Director of the International Chamber of Commerce (UK).
Air Marshal Philip Sturley CB MBE is an adviser and problem solver in international defence and security issues. He has served as Secretary to NATO’s Military Committee in Brussels, Assistant in Chief of the Air Staff in London, and Chief of Staff at the Headquarters NATO Air Command in Germany. He also spent 8 years as Special Advisor to the House of Commons Defence Committee, and facilitates international conferences and events to provide solutions to defence and security problems.
