The online course will take place via Zoom over a period of five weeks from 1 June – 1 July 2021.

 

There will be two 4-hour sessions per week on Tuesday and Thursday from 1200 – 1600 GMT +1 / UTC +1

 

About the Programme

 

The e-Workshops, completion of which is recognized by a Certificate, will enable participants to strengthen their professional skills in dispute resolution and develop partnerships with other practitioners in negotiation, leadership, and dispute resolution.

 

The e-Workshops will deepen participants’ knowledge of dispute resolution techniques, taking advantage of extensive real-world experience. UNITAR and The Ambassador Partnership will use their expertise to further develop participants’ high-level negotiation, mediation, and meeting skills.

• Analyze complex problems and disputes taking into account the impact of history, politics and economics
